Resume: I'm 59 now. I've been sailing since I was nine, and lived aboard for the last 32 years. This boat and I have done around 25,000 miles together. Right now I'm in Florida, sailed to the Bahamas a bunch of times and down island to Grenada once on a 13 month cruise. But that's going to change come October when I take off for Corpus Christi and get her trucked to San Diego. I plan to mess about in the Channel Islands for a bit, then take off for French Polynesia, probably on April Fool's Day (seems appropriate). Where I go from there depends, but crossing an ocean is the last major thing on my bucket list, so I may go as far as Australia before coming back. If I come back. This will be an open ended cruise, and open to any modification I desire. The point is to have fun and gain satisfaction from the experience. While I'm perfectly okay with single handing this, I find that when two people are involved, it's more fun. Also safer, but that's not the main thing here. I'd like to have a woman along, but if not, anybody is eligible. If the idea of being gone for a few years appeals to you, send a note.

Resume: Hi all, I started sailing on the Puget Sound Back in the mid 70's and open ocean day sailing in California. In 2008 I bought this boat and sailed the west coast to Seattle and on to Alaska and back. I am tired of the cold and want to get warm again. I'm a single hand sailor most of the time, but for the trip south a hand or two would be nice. I will be doing a haul out in early May and setting sail by mid May, from Seattle to San Diego.

Resume: My wife and I are looking to put a crew together to race our C&C 41 in the cruising class (unless I talk myself into buying new sails before the season). We have both been racing on a Soverel 33 and I grew up sailing dinghies and cats in Hawaii. We are more interested in having fun and participating this season rather than winning, although winning is good. Sailors interested in learning and teaching without yelling are encouraged to email me. Rockstars will probably be disappointed.
